At Sun Homoeopathy , we strive to provide dedicated medical attention and timely clinical
scheduling for our online homeopathy consultations. Because consultation time slots are strictly
allocated and blocked exclusively for individual patients, we enforce a transparent policy regarding
cancellations and refunds.
2.1 Strict No-Refund Policy
No Refunds on Bookings: Once an appointment has been finalized (following email confirmation
and successful payment transaction), the booking fee is strictly non-refundable and non-cancelable
under any circumstances.
No-Show Appointments: If a patient fails to attend the online consultation at the designated
appointment time slot without prior approved rescheduling notice, it will be considered a “No-Show”
and no refund or adjustment will be issued.
2.2 Technical Exceptions
In rare instances where a technical error occurs during the payment process (such as a double-
deduction or a system failure where payment is successful but no slot is assigned), the excess amount
will be processed and refunded automatically via Razorpay back to the original payment source within 7
to 10 working days.
