1.1 Appointment Booking & Functional Flow
To schedule an online homeopathy consultation, users must complete our multi-step appointment
booking process.
Please note the following sequence of booking finalization:
Users must select their preferred time slot and fill in the required patient intake forms.
An initial request notification or verification will be triggered via email.
Finalization Rule: An appointment booking is NOT considered finalized, reserved, or confirmed until
the user receives a formal confirmation email AND a successful payment transaction has been
completely processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
1.2 User Obligations
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by
the website’s registration or booking forms. If you provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate, we
reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice.
1.3 Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your finalized appointment, you must notify us at least [e.g., 24 hours] prior
to the scheduled time slot. Failure to do so or missing the scheduled time slot entirely will result in
forfeiture of the booking fee.
